Founder, STEM.org · Writer · Education executive
Andrew B. Raupp founded STEM.org Educational Research. His work focuses on STEM education, quality assurance, and credentials that people can independently verify. He developed a decentralized framework for validating STEM qualifications using blockchain technology.
He served as the inaugural chair of the Forbes Technology Council’s Edtech and Fintech subcommittees and co-founded the Newsweek Expert Forum. Across his research and writing, he advocates for local decision-making and greater control for educators, families, and communities.
Andrew writes about education, technology, and individual liberty in The STEM Papers and Liberty or Deathwire. Independent and contrarian by conviction, he questions institutional consensus and argues for the freedom to learn, build, and think for oneself.
In his own words
“Let us therefore remember that liberty is not a relic of parchment — it is the architecture of the human soul.”
“An educated populace, one proficient in STEM, is inherently independent, capable of questioning, challenging, and defying authority.”
“To defend discovery, we must reassert the legitimacy of the local. Let every school, enterprise, and family reclaim its right to innovate without permission.”
